Vampire Weapons
Faction: Illythia's Brood
Released in Advent of Decay.
Weapons meant for Vampire characters, in black and gunmetal colors. Includes long bow, short bow, quiver, arrow, large sword, short sword, twin Elven blades, large shield, and large two-handed axe.
Thoughts
This is a dark repaint of the Elf Weapons pack, and yet just by changing from gold/silver to black/gunmetal, the weapons look and feel different. The Four Horsemen did a fantastic job designing weapons and body parts for this line and just by changing the coloring greatly alters the feel of the piece, and the Elven/Vampire weapons and armor pieces are a great example of that. Brightly colored equals good and Elvish, and dark colors equals sinister and Vampiric.
A few Advent of Decay figures included one of these weapons as stretch goal bonuses, and following the Advent of Decay wave, most Elven and Vampire characters used weapons from this set instead of the ML 1.0 style weapons.
